Selah   |   se-la

A word used  74 times in Hebrew Bible, most notably in the book of Psalms.  The exact meaning is unknown, but it is commonly thought to be a musical term meaning "silence" or "holy pause".  The Hebrew lexicon defines it as "to lift up, exalt".  Either way it is our hope that your time here be a holy pause in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ and He alone be lifted and exalted by all that happens here.
